If removed then you want to defend an ally you move to defend them on the map

Erm not really. The last DB had over 1k casualties either rad poisoning losing E or trampled losing vital med CD. Also like I posted if dropped at the right/wrong (depending on your take) time then it would shut shops delaying year 1 players start times or it would shut airports delaying NPC fights 

Forgetting dropping a DB at Halloween will cause countless lost stacks, ruined stats for the event, shut shops for people buying baskets their first year and potentially shut the airport when NPC’s are summoned….. Essentially making themselves the most hated faction in torn 

The Drunk Tank living up to their name, might not want to torn and drink this is some wild stuff 1 month before Halloween

In the old system yeah I agree

However in the new system if you match on hidden Elo and not hidden/true rank then holding in P3 when you can actually throw down in Diamond is only hurting yourself. 

If that’s still the way the new matchmaking works then I don’t see an issue with the spike of P3 factions, it’s the hate they’ve got to break through for Diamond rewards 

Man that must have taken ages for them to design and really shows off captains…. Honestly looking at that they probably shouldn’t have bothered
