I started this game at 13 years old, reverse those numbers and that's how old I am now... I didn't imagine I would still be playing this game. I took one break of about 18months a decade or so ago when the login details changed from your username to your e-mail address and the e-mail informing me of such went to my spam folder... and I've never been one to set alarms to take my xanax or similar so I'm never expecting to hit top tier. I'm very happy to be somewhat mid tier... This puts me at battle stat rank 1,225th
If you mean when will my addiction counter in the employee section of the company I work at change it'll change at 18:00 torn time when the company report comes out. So say you're at -30 and go to rehab at 10:00, your director might still message you at 14:00 and say "hey cN you go rehab before the new report comes in" because to them it'll still read as -30
You get 10% of the value of thr crimes they have commited since they were last in jail.
So if someone does lots of safe crimes which esrns adecent amount of money eg Forgery, Cracking or Crimes 1.0 hacking then you can get a decent few mil. When I was just making loads of passports I got arrested a few times for 6-10mil "bounties"

When this first came out I believe they said each torn stock was a mish-mash of RL stocks within a sector rather than one individual stock so it would be very hard to trace the actual orgins of Torns stock market bacm to its real life stock equivalent

I have run 2 companies in my torn career (many many moons ago), and even with the correct educations and stocks you'll be making a loss for a while, unless you buy a profitable 9 or 10* company. The 10* TV station I currently work for is still making a loss for the director after consideration of wages, trains, advertisement and other boosters.
Your lower star companies you'll have to pay people a lot to work there as they will accumulate fewer job points, less perks etc. All.the while you're making less money than your higher star competitors.
Realistically I'm at 57billion networth and I would much rather make money from stock dividends and renting out fully upgraded PIs than running a business. I wouldn't even consider it before 25bil networth (and that's assuming you're will to burn through a good couple of billion to get it up and running).
This should be in the Questions forum, but regardless, you need to contact someone in the faction who has bank access (Leader, Co-Leader, Banker etc) and they can transfer it for you, you cannot directly access this money without the proper permissions which would give you access to the whole vault and you only get that once you're a very trusted member.

It's a hard one. The reason scams were "de-criminalised" previously was because admins were spending a ridiculous amount of time going through logs, returning money, punishing people. I can imagine now with even more players this is going to be a significantly bigger job.
I get where you're coming from though, $165,000 is a shit tonne of money, but where do we draw the line? I remember buying my first donator pack for around £3.80 over 14years ago and that was a big deal to young teenage me at the time, so when I got scammed out of a castle a few months later I was pretty pissed! I technically lost out £26.60 of TC$, which was a lot of money for me back then. Should that have been allowed?
I think the point I'm getting at is where do we draw the line. Previously faction vaults were off limits and funds were returned, which I feel is a reasonable line to consider. But the issue here is the investment fund was accumulated cash given to a single player. This wasn't money from a vault, this was cash on hand that people have chosen to give to this player. I just think it would be very hard for Ched, Bogie and the rest of the team to police this with such a large player base now

This did actually happen quite a few years ago now (showing my age), and the price rose to around 80k/point. The issue is that it caused a big reaction from the community and at the time ched stepped in and capped point prices at 50k. This has since raised to 100k, but no one has tried since because of the large negative reaction from the community
If you can't sell it at the recycling centre it has an intenslded use now or in the future. Currently credit cards are used as part of the burglary crime but may do something else in the future too. Up to you whether.you keep them, sell them or hoard them all
