Background:

Since the bug fix in https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=19&t=16140881&b=0&a=0 the damage in NPC attacks are being calculated properly. However, NPC attacks are going much quicker than before and many are used to the length of attacks prior to the bug fix. In Andyman's thread he noted that 1,861,982 damage was dealt to Leslie compared to his health pool of 800,000. Since this is between 2 to 2.5 times Leslie's actual health I'm suggesting increasing Leslie's and Duke's health within that range to maintain the length of fights most are accustomed to.

Suggestion:

Increase Leslie's health to 2 million up from 800k (2.5x)

Increase Duke's health to 3.5 million up from 1.5 million (2.33x)

Faction Armoury/Booster/Med Permissions · · 113 likes

Proposal: Faction members who are given armoury booster or armoury med access currently have access to all meds or all boosters. The suggestion is to allow the ability to further select which meds or boosters faction members are allowed access to. For example instead of AB or AM access, further break it down to AB1 (booster access 1) and AB2 (booster access 2).

Why: Many factions have free beer (armoury booster access) allowed for all members or free meds (armoury medical access) during war, however armoury booster also allows access to the faction's cans and medical access allows access to neumunes as well. With the release of rackets many factions receive cans, moonshine or neumunes which factions may not want their members to access but they may want to provide beer and blood bags.
