    • Selling the chance to inflict radiation on your opponents. !% radiation is applied per hit
    Each hit will cost a large can
    Irradiate applied some radiation poisoning to XXXXX



    -0.25% debuff added with each application. Rounds up until reaching 1%, then rounds down.
    This means that the first application gives a -1% debuff,
    the eighth makes it -2%, then every four applications following will add an additional percent.
    12 hits 3% 16 hits 4% etc

    I believe the bonus applies longer on reds vs orange and vs yellow. Each weapon looks to have an individual application radiation number. this isnt visible in torn anywhere but is displayed on the traders sites. I believe its this number that is variable that effects how many additional applications it takes for each successive 1% reduction. I tried to do some research. I have nice orange dbk

     You have to purchase the items when maol is spawned. If you dont then the window loses once the npc have been killed.

    A weapon with a higher stealth rating is will help alsoo. A Macana or DBK would be a good choice

    Try and use a macana or Dbk the accuracy of both types will help putting hands on ur opponent

    Its easy to make more on OC criimes then in rws.

    Any damaging hit counts wether you are attacking or defending

    .It takes 2k damaging hits to finish weapon to 100%

    its 20 damaging hits to move up 1% untill reach 75% then its 40 damaging hits to go up 1% from 75>100%

    so @75% u are halfway
