I had 1.8billion removed from my account because someone who I have mugged consistently for well over a year, apparently cheated. This is beyond stupid and out of my control. How are you going to punish me for something I clearly had nothing to do with. I have not done 1 transaction or business with this player EVER and have used 10s of thousands of E mugging him.

The future of torn does not help my current situation. 10 years invested and I get punished for mugging, a central feature of this game. That is unfair, there is no way around it. Was I RMT? Do I have a single event, mail, transaction with said person? Do I even speak the same language of the person involved. The answer is no. This is ridiculous. At first, I figured, 'oh well, i did nothing wrong, torn will sort this.' Now I see that I am being punished for no reason and no one wants to seem to move on it. Do these multis in question have ANY ties to me? Aside from the person I mugged, am I connected to this group at all? How am I supposed to know that a guy from poker and who gambled all the time around new day, was cheating? I knew that he gambled a lot and thats why I invested so much time and energy stalking his habits and mugging him. You will see that the vast majority of mugs (probably around 85%) were unsuccessful. GIving me bulk energy wont restore the time i spent finding people to mug. You have made this game unplayable for me. No way to buy donator packs, points, drugs. Your snap decision to take away all of these money earned has ruined the game for us.
If i were cheating, or had ANY history of cheating, then I couldnt even be mad. But, I have 0 history of foul play in this game and that should be considered. Look at all my revenues, i dont spend time on the stock market or traveling or gambling. I mug, look at the thousands of attacks i have put out the last 2 years, my revenue comes from mugging. Pen, what "we" are you talking about? Ched has all my logs, he can see i do no trades or stocks or anything like that. My logs are filled with thousands of mugs and attacks. Am I using all of those other mugs to try to distract from my multi (who lives in Malaysia mind you)? This player iwas very established and was clearly not some multi who was slutting for cash. I encourage a full investigation into all my mail and event logs s well as my attack logs. I think Ched should post all those 169 attacks and see how many of those were big hits.
I also know that several JFA (and former JFA) players hit this same player repeatedly. I would be interested to know if they also got funds deducted. I will post their names upon cheds request. I know these players hit him because they would beat me to hitting him on occasion, as im assuming we all had him blacklisted and mugged as soon as we saw him get on.
So in that case Penn, you should agree that we look into others that have been known to mug him, right?

No amount of E can guarantee this to go away. Him neglecting searching for cheats for the last couple years means he deducts this all at once. That itself is unfair. Once again, i never cheated and I am being punished. People in the same exact situation as me have had their money refunded, please refer to previous forum links posted. His punishment should be the same for everyone assuming that it was all gained from legal mugging. Once again, what rule did I break to be punished?

I think its clear that you have been more lenient on players who have abused staff.committee info, of staff members who were caught cheating, of people who knowingly manipulated an entire competition (pink power) of entire factions who have manipulated the stock market and bookies to their advantage.

I don't have a single transaction/trade/deal with this player. I am a mugger who for the last two years has spent the majority of my E on mugging and attacking. You screwed me over to try and bust multis that had nothing to do with me. You have not shown how I could have known about these mutlis and I clearly have no other affiliation to them aside from mugging one who gambled too much.
You have returned 100% of funds to other players who are in the exact same boat as me, and you have yet to return my money.

Hello, havent invested much time into this update yet but just a moment ago, I saw a faction mate hitting some people. I decided to throw my e in there and make a couple hits as well. The chain was on 5 and I made hit number 6. As soon as i made hit 6 (with 40 seconds left still), the chain counter reset and started back on 0.
This is lame. Other faction members in chat witnessed this too and im sure attack logs can verify.
