so I this thread I started in my Faction  4 days ago when I had Total personal perks: 128 well I now have 150 PPs and the Merit that goes with I am wearing the HB so it cost me a lot of money (STOCKS) changed companies (same type so not to lose points) for more **= more perks here is a break down of the PPs I have 

Faction : + Increases maximum nerve by 6
Faction : + Provides a 17% passive crime skill & exp boost
Faction : + Reduces passive negatives from drugs and addiction by 30%
Faction : + Decreases chance of overdose by 30%
Faction : + Reduces drug addiction gain by 50%
Faction : + Increases maximum item capacity while travelling by 9
Faction : + Reduces rehabilitation costs by 14%
Faction : + Increases strength gym gains by 10%
Faction : + Increases speed gym gains by 11%
Faction : + Increases defense gym gains by 11%
Faction : + Increases dexterity gym gains by 10%
Faction : + Increases defense passively by 5%
Faction : + Increases dexterity passively by 5%

 So that's 13 for faction 

Company : + 50% reduction of happiness loss in gym
Company : + 3% life regeneration per tick

2 for company mabey 3 or more I'm in a 9** fitness depends on company & rank?.
