At times I might be unavailable, as real life might be to busy to be active on Torn. Terribly sorry about that, but if I am unavailable I can personally reccomend four reliable and good traders. Shadyrick [1188174] : His account got hacked not long ago and he lost almost everything he had gained in this game. Now he is rebuilding, and doing a great job at it. He is active, quick and also 100% trustworthy. The_Accountant [795412] :This is a non-brainer. Probably the biggest trader amongst us, can and will buy bulk (probably unlimited amounts :D), is active, quick and of course 100% trustworthy. Have done big trades with him myself, and never felt in danger. Kinzove [1867602] : Proven trader. Done some trades with him myself and he is quick and as the others, 100% trustworthy.

I am sorry for your friends loss. In times like this you have to be strong for him, but dont be afraid to mourn yourself as well, if you also knew his mum and are sorry for her death.
I also have a friend who recently lost a beloved one, and it is very difficult to see someone you care for in pain when you can do nothing but be there for them if they need it. Remember that everyone mourn in their own way, and in their own time. Someone feels like being alone, someone feels like being with friends, family etc.
Out of curiosity; If someone else have been a victim of TheAnomalys cheating, will they also be given back the items they lost? Thanks for doing a good job and find the bug. Now I look forward to seeing this cheater in fed, account marked for deletion.
I had no idea what it was good for, and all I saw was that it gave a really poor protection as armor. Tried to give it back to Supermikk, since he had given me armor, weapon and everything else I needed to get a good start. A lot of members in HT gave me money,, I was given a property, they all gave me advice etc, and I really had a great start in this game in every way.
The last part is true. The cu*t (We need an answer to whether calling Kapten_Klitoris a c*nt is an insult or not) is very good at what she does. A shame that she decided to be good at those things, because I am sure she could have done excellent with playing the game in a `more ethical` way as well :)
Btw: Kapten_Klitoris really is a she,or have I gotten that wrong? Female from Sweden, I thought.
I see no problem with mugging in general, but players who buy-mug and cancel trade-mug are douches that cant be trusted. Its not illegal, so I dont see any point in complaining about it, but its not the way I want to play the game at least.
Had to try to sell to Herculus myself. Sold a pair of boxing gloves, and he was very quick, reliable and payed a good price. I also kept the money on hand for a few minutes afterwards, without being mugged. Seems like Herculus is the real deal, and Kapten_Klitoris is just a douche, as normal :)
The problem here is that you have proven yourself not to be very trusted in this game. Friends/enemy ratio is one thing to look at, your reputation as buy-mugger is another....etc. Since everyone else who writes here are positive it is hard to believe your post.. But still a small cause for concern, so maybe the guy who started this thread could comment on it?
Let me guess. You have been blacklisted from his bazaar, and are just a bit butthurt because you already have a long list of bazaars you cant buy from?

As a good noob I tried to give it away to Supermikk since he (and a lot of others in HT) helped me out a great deal in the beginning, but he declined to take it and told me that it was worth a lot of money.
I really dont care how others play the game as long as it is within the rules of the game. I would personally never buy-mug or cancel trade mug though.. I want to be known as someone who can be trusted, and one who wont take advantage of a situation just because I can do so. Normal mugging I might do on a rare occasion when I am abroad (then I always mug people that are offline, so the ones who are online dont have to wait before the get on the plane back to torn) and for friends who ask for protection.mugs. Then I send all money back, obviously. Other than that I dont mug at all.
I have been a trader myself, and there are easy ways to protect yourself from players who buy-mug or trade-mug. 1) Put them on blacklist. They wont be able to buy from your bazaar. (Or has that changed the last year or so?) 2) Get someone you know and trust to mug you while you have a lot of money on you. Then other players will get zero from mugging you after buying from your bazaar, as long as you dont have more money on you than you had when you got the protection.mug. This lasts for 6 hours, I believe. 3) Get yourself hospitalized, and have revive of. Then noone can get to you before you get out of hosp. And always have a ghosttrade running.
Only one time have I been disappointed after a buy-mug. That was when I came back after over a year away from the game, and someone I knew earlier and considered to be a friend bought lots of items from my bazaar and mugged me right afterwards. I lost maybe 100 mill on that (dont remember exactly), but that wasnt important at all. It was the "betrayal" of someone I earlier would call a game-friend that hurt.
Only from computer here. Not very active in this game, and I have no need to log on to often. So I dont see any point in using phone, since I dont feel the urge to log on when Im not at home :)
of course there is. I am levelholding (maybe Im not much higher up than where I stand at the moment though, who knows...) because I dont have battlestats to be higher level than I stand at right now. If you get to a high level and dont have stats to back it up, then you will be someone people attack in order to level up quicker themselves.
I am happy I dont keep a list like that. Has been away from the game for longer periods, and now there are a lot of players I helped out when they were newbs that has surpassed me on everything :)
Well done to you, GeorgeCostanza. I still have slightly better battlestats than you btw, but I am sure that wont be for long :)
