Which gym is best for training each battle stat?
At the specialist tier, the wiki lists Gym 3000 for Strength, Total Rebound for Speed, Mr. Isoyamas for Defense and Elites for Dexterity, each 8.0 in its stat at 50 energy per train[1]. Balboas (Def and Dex) and Frontline Fitness (Str and Speed) give 7.5 at 25 energy[1]. The standard gym tables were not captured, so the best earlier gym per stat is not sourced.

All-stat gyms
- The Sports Science Lab gives 9.0 in all four stats at 25 energy per train and $500,000,000. It requires Last Round unlocked and fewer than 150 Xanax and Ecstasy combined taken[1].
- Fight Club gives 10.0 in all four stats at 10 energy per train and $2,147,483,647. Membership is by invite only and the requirements are unknown[1].
What is not established
The lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight gym tables were not captured, so the best standard gym per stat is not sourced. A 2020 player post listed Gun Shop at 6.6 Strength, Apollo at 6.4 Defence and Force at 6.8 Dex, with Deep Burn at 6.0 on all stats. That is one player's historical list and not a current check[2].
Gym Experience unlocks new gyms, each with a membership fee[3]. After unlocking George's, no more gym exp is gained[4]. Some gyms give no gains for certain stats, for example Beach Bods gives no Dexterity gains, per a 2022 player guide[5].
The wiki capture is from December 2023. Gym gain modifiers such as Steadfast at 1% per level, the Fitness Center 10-star +3% and the Strip Club 7-star +10% Defense or Dex apply on top of gym choice[6]. Happiness mainly affects gains at lower stat levels[7].
