If I don't ask for it why should I pay? There have been times I wanted to stay in hosp but got revived before I could make sure I had revives turned off.

Nope, used to send some cash, then just a thank you, now I don't even bother with that anymore.

Yes, I pay 1m even if I didn't ask to be revived. It's not much for the energy used, and peanuts compared to the cost of xanax and rehab.
Yeah, I always pay a million for a revive on Xanax OD. Some times it might be a little later if I'm not online or if I'm using my mobile phone. But I like to get them the money.
I pay. If I didn't want to be revived I'd have it switched off. They've saved me the effort of looking for a reviver.
I Opt out, simple reason (which has already been stated) depends what mood i am in at the time.

I'll usually send a million for a xanax od. Nothing if I'm revived not from a xanax od and didn't ask for it. And I pay 10 bounties to the community if I don't ask for it and they do it and it screws me up in some way.
I always pay for xanax OD. Anything else no.
