How do you determine the Winner?
A ) I will use https://www.random.org/ to pick a random number. what ever number that is will be the winner of each said prize.

When does it end?
A ) This will be drawn on Christmas- No specific time so as to help prevent mugging.

Can the Prizes grow?
A ) Yes, for every 20 tickets, I will add 5 million into the winnings pot! At 100 tickets, I add a donator pack

What the min Entrants for a drawing to take place?
A ) Christmas Day there will be a drawing no matter what.

Those players, of their own free will, chose not only a faction ran by a known asshole. They then chose to give said asshole, control of their money. Some lessons are expensive and painful to learn.
This sounds like such.
They learn & don't repeat their errors, they'll be better players. They don't, well then they'll be fodder for the next asshole cheater they choose to allow control of their game.

I made my argument for my idea in the opening post.

RW version 1.0 & the current clusterfck, should be 2 separate choices.

So a quite simple solution, that is guaranteed to piss off scripters.
While there are known scripts that allow attack pages to load faster, attacks to go faster despite the one second delay, others that benefit unequally.
How bout in RW, territory wars & such. Between each attack, a captcha screen. Takes all the scripts out of those fights. Makes it actually fair. No advantage to computers over mobile. No script advantages. Comes down to stats, loadout & crits.

Yes I am aware there's a lot that would go into it, but as there seems to be no other way the powers that be will utilize. This would work in the interim.

Definitely needs changes. What all those would entail? Definitely beyond my skill level to work out. However as a few have said, the reward verses the effort & costs, are not compatible.
The history has shown that most all Elims are decided by a select few folks & not by the team efforts of those involved.
