what gets me the most about this is that there is no response from any staff member. this issue is a daily problem for all players on both mobile and desktop.. over 2 months old and no reply no fix.
the bugs and issue forums is constantly growing the number was at 200 confirmed before and now its 282 and never declines and always climbs seriously what's with that

They get added to the list when you successfully complete otherwise they will appear and disappear until that point.

Looking on the wiki there should be an advertising agency to scout but it's not where in the list and not unlocked. The requirement is the skeleton key which I have
I can see 34 total individual targets have been completed but no merit. Will spend another day trying to get some more of the unique outcomes maybe that might push me forward

You have to burgal 34 Distinct targets and I have 4 left to go until the merit. Looking on the stats page I found only one which was at 0
