There is over 40 10* LS now. Why would someone with those stats come work in an 8* I mean there are plenty of 10* with people with much lower stats than that. Does that mean you haven't finished all your business courses, or maybe you don't have all of the suggested stock blocks? I'm curious as to what the need for extreme stats is, or is it something you read in the forums?
Can you imagine all the 10* companies in torn needed people with 15X required work stats? There sure would be a lot less 10* companies
Lol, you dont ask for much eh! Are you one of those directors that doesnt have any of the proper requirement and that's why you need employees with 10× the stat requirement to make up for your inadequacies? And on top of that you dont even give trains. Sounds like a horseshit place to work to me

Still be aware that at time of OG posting they were NOT offering free trains and you essentially need >10X the required stat for a position(which is somewhere around 70K if I remember correctly. My point of my OG post was not to sound like an asshole, its just that people buy companies to run without having done the education, having required stocks and the funds to run it, and therefore they have these rediculous expectations for potential employees like >10X required stats and want you to essentially not care about getting trains. It's either that ior they are extremly greedy. I'm not saying the director doesn't have all this done, but if he did I wouldnt think he would need operate the way they are. How do you think the people you want to hire got their 70k in one stat?? likely because they were trained in their last job. I don't know about anyone else but doesnt sound like a place I would want to work.

Yes there is likely a handful or less of us. But we did all right today. I had 2 smaller bets of -13.5 and under 50 that lost both 10m each. But everything else paid off. First big bet I've made. 970m into 1.5 so a 500+mil profit is good for I was playing it safe. And went under the spread for my larger bbet
