I'll be logging in few times a day to pop xans and do crimes so activity wouldn't be much a problem. Thing is I'll only gonna be active because of the xmas event and I might go inactive once the event ended
the cost/benefit ratio is pretty low, sure when you start playing the game couple of sold losses is important to jumpstart your journey but after that it's much better to just lvl up and fly or join rw faction
why should I give it to new players who genuinely need it to progress in the game instead of just playing RR and losing it all to a random already rich lvl 100?

but for the sake of discussion, I think drug rework is pretty necessary. Like you said, xanax is fine as it is but how abt the other drugs, I'm thinking maybe buffing them to be worth using as well as xanax(maybe just a little less worth it so xanax is still the primary idk) but hey it's just my SUGGESTION.
