It's Torn's 18th anniversary, so I figured I'd have some fun with it. Person who guesses the amount of times I get hospitalized wins a prize! To make things entertaining, revives are left available to all. I'll update the count throughout the day.

Bob finishes the meeting after setting up the initial team and giving them their first mission: To return the annotated list of presents. He finishes setup while they ride their sleigh to Blue Valley, then instructs the helper elves to keep a close eye on the Blue Valley Entrance. After a half minute of consideration, he sends Sarge in to the cave, and lights the Torch. Hopefully things won't get bad enough that he'll need to use his barrier.

Thidran follows the group distractedly while he listens to the explanation, while continuing to mutter to himself. "Secure, Contain, Protect...horrors to deal with...wait...we're cannon fodder now, aren't we?" He frowns at the thought of that, and lowers his head. Before long, he bumps into someone in front of him, and stares at Horton in confusion. "As bad as things already are, and you think it's a good idea to do this now. You might end up going before me at this rate." He counters after a few seconds of pause, before awkwardly shuffling past him, trying to keep up with the group.
Thidran Brisbane rubs his head as he reviews the last year. Brief spikes of head pain result while he closes his eyes and mutters to himself, "I just had to open my mouth about Putin...probably a bad idea to do it in Russia. It ended up in a show trial for "Treason" I think, where I promptly ended up guilty. and sentenced to execution. I thought I'd end up in a gulag until I died, but where the hell is this place?.." He reluctantly raises his head and warily watches the odd assortment of folk around him, armed to the teeth. He nibbles on his lower lip as he waits for an explanation.
Bob wipes some sweat off his brow at luckily catching sight of a list thief attempting to escape from Blue Valley. After a brief tussle, he gives up the goods and runs off screaming. "Alright team, good job overall. Sarge, I know you're a careful guy, but we've only got so much time, and if I didn't make a backup plan, it might have gone awry due to you being overcautious there...just something to think about in the future. Anyways, let'-eh? What's that?" Bob convinces the Standby Crew To change views towards the cliff, where a snowman's slowly twitching... "You know the way we do things around here, and we've got enough firepower to deal with him unless it's somehow Nox himself, so let's find out why this idiot is hanging around by a cliff fooling NO ONE!"

Bob the lead builder has been drafting a gameplan due to the unexpected "promotion". His hands have been quickly scraping the paper, and ultimately causes another sheet to ignite. "Best timing for Nox to trick ol' Nick! We're low on time, and I can't get this done alone, so I'll call on Jojo and Sarge. They're likely to be able to hold down the fort while I work on things." With that, he talks into an intercom to get them both up into the sideroom he's currently residing in.
@cartel The shuffling through hammers was part of the fun for me! I only had a problem at so many of them being locked, so I had to surf through it to find one I could even buy!
I didn't really like the lock system myself, but had fun this BF.
