In that case, sadly I have no experience, it is the exact opposite of what I use. Sorry.

I think you are referring to Windows Narrator? I have not checked the OC payout function with Narrator in quite some time, but I will check it as soon as I get back from rehab this morning.
Just as a note, the OC system works well with NVDA - Voice Access, which is completely free and works with Windows.
