What are your thoughts on players who want too high salary? Companies sub 10* struggle to find employees and sometimes in time of need to replace or fill the company directors do take these kind of players to make some sort of money rather than zero.
How hard is for you to find the employees? Some companies have better sub 10* specials and people tend to join easier for lower salary.
I myself struggle, I can't find almost anyone who is willing to work for my tv company for lower wage. Everyone is expecting 3 - 4m a day or more, even with the most shittiest stats.
So, how do you guys cope with that? Do you hire a player who is overpriced or you wait for the right opportunity?
edit: Another question for tv owners, what is the max you pay your employees and for what stats? What kind of policy do you have? Do you replace staff who goes inactive straight away or you provide some sort of "notice"?
I was a kid (teenager!) back then and couldn't wait for energy and nerve to refill. Remember playing outside, being carefree and when at home I had access to the internet (we had ISDN at that point already!). When outside I was using WAP 🤣 had to disable images to keep the cost down and only enable it when captcha was presented.
What kept me in a city? Just connections with other people, I found my people, like minded people and I stuck with them ever since. Not to mention BS race. You need to keep going and keep pushing just to stay in the race.
But for the past 5 years? It's not about the race anymore. Unless you donate thousands of RL $ there's no way to catch up with people and I am just here for forum drama hoping for another thief vault topic and really it's just a part of me at this point. 3/4 of my life.
friends or enemies do not increase our battle stats. Battle stats need to grow. No matter what and to do that, you need money. To make money, you need to scam and mug, and in turn makes you enemies. Hey you were right!
with as little networth they are still giving stuff away for free. Even if the car is worth 200k that's still a 10% of whatever they own. What did you give away with your 10b? Just curious.
