You've been in a war, mate. Your stats show you joined the faction 5 days ago, and your defends lost stat show you've been in the hospital for the 1.5 days your war lasted. You barely got hit before that. So it's not just being in the faction that puts you in hospital, it's the war.

If your faction didn't explain to you what a war is, how you should act, and how you can earn money  from it, then yeah, it's a bit shitty. But you aren't being bullied, you're experiencing an event that is one of the main reasons to join a faction, because there's opportunities to make more money from it than you can from almost anything else in the game.

I think it would almost always advantage the stronger faction, even if they have less availability at that timezone (unless it's a full-on SMTH-level timezone difference). A starting turtle helps if you're weaker even if you can't drag it into a better timezone - hell, even if you push the war into a worse timezone for you, it's still usually better. At the start of a war both factions know the time for the first push and everyone who can will show up. Only one faction knowing the time for a push is a massive advantage. Even if they signal too much that it's coming, you can't usually ping on anywhere near as many members with 5-10 mins notice as you can get with 2-4 day's notice.

yeah they weren't approved, but the player lost anyway (and was disqualified), and at least it made a cool animation.
