I remember we had a similar thread in the old forum but no one re-made it ( or i missed it).. I think this was pretty fun to know who was the best player in each country.. With so many people quitting, new attacking system and stats no longer being linear, i think it will be fun to remake that thread..
So you can claim the top spot in your country if no one has it but if another person already claimed the spot, you will have to attack and beat that guy and post the attack log and make sure your stealth is OFF ..
Group attacking doesnt count and you should not be using any other boosters too..
