In High CPU usage when certain crime opened on Opera GX
If you disable GPU acceleration, then all of the load is falling on your device's CPU. So it is fair for the CPU usage to spike in this instance. You will have to either live with the CPU spike if you don't want to use GPU acceleration, or you can turn on the setting.
In Possible Ranked War loophole: outside damage, full war score, no Early Discharge
This is not a bug but a pretty well known strategy and we do not intend on removing this ability (not that we can even do this easily with the current attacking engine). DoT damage is not personalized to the person applying the effect.
